Field Sales Representative

We are looking for individuals who are sales-minded hunters, results oriented and have proven track record with improving revenue results and also who will be equipped to prospect and acquire new customers.

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative you will be representing InnSys, by going door-to-door selling, Internet and Home Phone services to residential and Business user

  Maximize the conversion rate on company provided leads while leveraging existing internal sources to identify new sources of opportunities for sales

  1.  Represent Innsys in the promotion and sales of Internet and Phone services while in the field and at special events
  2.  Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques
  3.  Present the services and educate potential customers on InnSys offerings
  4.   Conduct customer follow up as per the sales process
  5.   Post installation follow-up
  6.   Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers in an effort to generate referral business
  7.   Assist in the development of strategies that minimize the competitive threat, retain existing customers and increase revenue
  8. Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to the Sales group
  9.   Document and submit sales orders on a timely basis for input into our database

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for taking calls from customers, answering frequently asked questions, entering customer information into an in-house system and entering certain information through Excel and putting together reports. Our Consultants are relationship builders and as a result, the ability to communicate

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1.   Provide superior customer service when handling incoming calls.
  2.   Listen to customers, analyze their needs and offer adapted solutions.
  3.   Promote Internet, Homophone Services and Long Distance packages
  4.  Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues.
  5.  Identify customers need for additional services.
  6. Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.
  7.  Meet established productivity objectives.
  8.  Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1.   High school diploma or higher
  2.  Ability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and week-ends
  3. Basic computer knowledge (Windows-based systems and internet navigation)
  4.  Superior multitasking abilities
  5.  Demonstrate ability to positively influence others (propose options/solutions to  customer)
  6. Ability to deal with problem issues with a sense of urgency
  7. Punctual and committed to work schedules.

Technical Service Representative:

We are looking for a candidate who has detail oriented and enjoy solving problems both imaginatively and resourcefully.

Responsibilities:

  1.    Passionately provide technical support and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing technical requirements;
  2.  Handle inquiries about repair, replacement, technical problem resolution and connectivity;
  3.   Analyze issues with telecommunication equipment and/or devices and associated desktop software;
  4.   Trouble shoot the required resolution; including, , device functionality, device configuration, application support, software downloads, network connectivity by escalating internal, and vendor issues;
  5.  Complete accurate transactions with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail;
  6.   Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues;
  7.  Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end;
  8.  Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance;

Qualifications:

  Have a Post-secondary education in a computer-related environment or comparable work experience;
    Bilingual in Tamil and English is an asset
    Have previous experience within a technical help desk and/or networked environment and/or customer service (preferably in a call center environment);

  1.   Possess strong diagnostic skills with a background in Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP;
  2.  Ability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and week-ends
  3.   Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
  4.   Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  5.  Demonstrate the ability to multitask (type and talk, type and listen);
  6.   Are able to work in a fast-paced, automated environment, and adapt to an evolving environment;
  7.  Possess strong computer proficiency including experience using MS Windows (2000 & XP) operating systems;
